Kelly is a 2nd generation native Floridian, moved to the Palm Coast area with her family in 2002 and became a licensed Real Estate agent in 2005.    Having grown up and lived all over Florida from the East to the West Coasts (including a stop in Gainesville GO GATORS), Palm Coast has become “home”.  Kelly has seen a lot of growth and many changes to the area.  She believes Flagler County has so much beauty and is truly a wonderful place to work, play and most importantly, raise a family. She has two children, her daughter Bailey and son Reiley both having graduated from Matanzas High School.  Her husband, Casey Pickering is a Regional Director with AdventHealth. 

 Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, taking cruises, thrifting, hanging out at the family cabin in North Georgia and of course, enjoying the beaches, parks and bike trails that Flagler County offers!  Kelly is a member of Parkview Church and enjoys involvement with several community committees.  Kelly also has a passion for photography, using this creative outlet has turned in to more than just a hobby.   

Kelly’s priority is  communication with her customers!  She is committed to them from the very beginning and loves continuing the friendship and relationship long after the buying/selling process has ended.
