Kathleen was raised in the Bronx, a borough of New York City, for most of her life. Raised by a single mom who worked vigorously long hours to send her to a private school; she learned at an early age the value of hard work and determination.

After graduating high school, she attended evening class at Manhattan College in NYC. Her major course of study was in Business and accounting. These classes were attended while Kathleen worked full time for a textile company in lower Manhattan. She worked in their accounting department while also assisting the Chief Financial Officer and top sales representative of the company. She fell in love with the borough of Manhattan and decided to make it her business to make her life work in the city. This is where her desire to learn more about a career in the sales industry began, which would eventually lead her to a career in real estate several years later.

As Kathleen began to have a family of her own, they moved north of the city to Orange County, New York. After 25 years her husband retired as a NYC Detective and they decided to move to Florida. After months of researching the best places to live, they decided that Palm Coast was just the ideal location. The idea of excellent schools, warm weather (just three seasons), Palm Coast being an area barely hit with hurricanes, and its low crime, all made it an easy choice. Within months of moving to Palm Coast, Kathleen began her career in real estate fulfilling her dreams.
