Denise was born and raised on the Golden Isles of Georgia’s coast in Brunswick.  After graduating from high school and attending Coastal Georgia College she left the area toward many destinations and adventures for love of travel!  She lived in Orlando and worked at Disney World, in Colorado for the love of snow skiing and Los Angeles, CA where she worked in the Aerospace industry at Hughes Aircraft Company and then on to Caracas, Venezuela where she taught school and back to Atlanta to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from the American College for the Applied Arts. After many years in interior design, show room management, construction and working for architects, sales in these areas became her specialty. 

She did move back to her home town where she became caretaker of her elderly family members and bought, managed and renovated rental property for 15 years with her husband Jim who was also a Contractor who owned his own business for many years.  They then moved back to Atlanta to take care of his elderly family and took on more rental property.  After some time, Denise and her husband decided to sell their rental properties and move to Palm Coast; where she pursued her love of real estate and sales.

She has sold many properties locally including new construction and has become great friends with her customers by extending service beyond the sale.  Referring local subcontractors. businesses and anything they needed to settle into the area.  Some of Denise’s clients were lifelong friends from Georgia that relocated to Florida.

Denise and her husband are avid animal lovers, especially cats.  Upon moving to Palm Coast, which they refer to as “Jurassic Park” for all of the wonderful wild life and tropical vegetation, they rescued a kitten named Bijou, from a local no kill shelter. These shelters are dear to her heart and she continues to support these businesses in Flagler County and encourages everyone to do the same. 

Denise enjoys working with beach lovers, families, retirees and future business owners relocating to Palm Coast and the Beaches area to make their dreams come true.
