Alan is from the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. After living in Ohio he relocated to Steamboat Springs, Colorado where his son still currently resides. After living there for 27 years he and his wife decided to relocate to sunny Florida. While house hunting with Cat and Mike of Palm Coast & the Beaches Real Estate is when he decided to add a profession to his resume as a realtor. He joined forces with the ones who helped him and his wife find their Live Happy Home.
