PCB was very knowledgable and efficient about the local market. The business is technology driven which made the offer process and other paperwork a breeze through the use of an iPad. There was no “sales feel” and no pressure, but realistic about each property and any potential situations. We found our house, and they continued to work hard with proper communications between all parties involved. It was a seamless process for us.
